「宗像大島はりこ」は、宗像市大島で島の人が、楽しんで取り組める工藝品をつくりたい。そんな思いで、手作りのプロダクトを発信しようと作られた「新しい民藝品」です。

The "Munakata Oshima Hariko" is a craft project in Munakata City's Oshima Island. We want to make handicrafts that islanders can enjoy and work on. It is a "new folk craft" created with this in mind, and is intended to transmit handmade products. It is a "new folk craft".

Hand-Crafted手作りだからちょっとでこぼこ

商品は全てゼロから作るハンドメイド。ひとつひとつが世界でたったひとつしかない民藝品です。だからあなたの愛犬（犬以外の動物もOK!）をモデルにした完全なカスタムメイドのはりこを作ることができるのです。贈り物にも、愛犬へのプレゼントに、私たちの手作りをお届けします。

All products are handmade from scratch. Each one is the only one of its kind in the world and is a unique piece of folk art. So you can have a completely custom made hariko modeled after your dog. Whether it's a gift for you or for your dog, we can make it for you, handmade by us.

How to make Hariko

1・あなたのワンちゃん（他の動物もOK!）のことを教えてください

宗像大島はりこでは、あなたの愛犬（犬以外の動物もOK!）をモデルにした世界で一つのはりこをゼロから作らせていただきます。そのために、まずはあなたの愛犬のお写真を数枚ご提供いただくため、フォームを使ったやりとりをさせていただきます。

At Munakata Oshima Hariko, we will make a one-of-a-kind hariko modeled after your dog from scratch. To do this, we will first ask you to provide us with several photos of your dog, and we will communicate with you using a form.

２・はりこの原型から制作をスタートします

いただいたお写真や情報をもとに、あなたのための世界でたった一つのはりこの原型を制作します。この段階では、まだ粘土のかたまりです。原型が完成後、一度、お客さまに「途中経過」としてご報告させていただきます。お客様の承諾後、この原型をもとに「はりこ」が制作されます。

Based on the photos and information you provide, we will create a prototype of the one and only Hariko in the world for you. At this stage, it is still a lump of clay. Once the prototype is completed, we will report to you as a "progress report". After the customer's approval, the prototype will be used as the basis for the production of the "Hariko".

３・仕上げの着色も手作業で

「原型」を元にはりこを制作します。表面を固める「胡粉」の層が何重にも塗り重ねられるため、実際にできる「はりこ」は原型より一回り大きくなります。あなたの愛犬のイメージを大切に塗装して仕上げます。

The original is used as the basis for the creation of the hariko. The actual "hariko" will be one size larger than the prototype because of the many layers of gofun, which hardens the surface, that are applied to it. The finished product will be painted with the image of your beloved dog in mind.

よくあるご質問

注文後、商品が届くまでにどのくらいの時間がかかりますか？: 在庫がある場合2営業日以内に発送をいたします。また、オーダーメイドの「あなたの犬はりこ」はご注文いただいてから、フォームとメールでお客様からオーダーのご注文内容を伺います。その後、原型制作の2週間を経てお客様に途中経過をご報告。ご了承後にはりこ制作を行い仕上げに2週間をいただきます。問題がなければ、ほぼ１ヶ月を目安とお考えください。

After receiving the order, we ask the customer for the details of the order via form and e-mail. After two weeks of prototype production, we report the progress to the customer. After receiving your approval, we will proceed to make the riko and finish it in two weeks. If there are no problems, please allow approximately one month.
見本写真にない犬種は注文できますか？: もちろん可能です。全てをゼロから手作りいたしますので犬種の制限はございません。当サイトに掲載されているのはあくまで見本とお考えください。

Of course it is possible. We make everything from scratch, so there are no breed restrictions. Please consider the items shown on this site as samples only.
猫や他の動物のはりこを注文することは可能ですか？: 猫のはりこも可能です。猫以外の動物も可能です！

商品キャンセルについて: 原型制作後、途中経過として「原型」のお写真をご確認いただきます。その段階でご了承いただ後、はりこの本作業に入ります。原型ご了承後のキャンセルはお受けできません。

After the prototype is made, we will ask you to confirm the "prototype" photo as a progress. After receiving your approval at that stage, we will start the main work of Hariko. We cannot accept cancellation after you have approved the prototype.
ギフト用にラッピングはできますか？: すべての商品がギフト用にラッピングされております。お届け先がご注文主様と異なる場合は、送付先の情報をいただきます。

All items are gift wrapped. If the recipient is different from the person who placed the order, we will receive the shipping address information.
